Fast Food & Eating Out- What does your family eat?

    Did you know? Just one fast food meal contains all your sodium requirements for just one whole day! What are you eating for the rest of the day?

    This food is responsible for a multitude of health problems and imbalances in the body.

    Think that burger and fries gives you energy- think again! In fact it does the opposite. Eat one of these for lunch and you may find yourself  in sleepy mode for the remainder of the day. Instead, try ordering a colourful salad packed full of live food, nuts/seeds or fish for quality protein and the good carbs for energy. Your body will thank you.

    TIP OF THE DAY: Let your kids order their healthier meal off the ‘adult’ menu the next time you eat out. You can always take the remainder home with you.
