The 21 Day Healthy Habit

    Every wonder why it is hard to maintain an exercise plan?

    FACT:  It takes 21 days to create a habit, if you miss it for 3 days, you must re-create it! 

    3 SIMPLE TIPS TO HELP KEEP YOU GOING:

    1. Set a goal for yourself.  Join a fitness class, sports team or register for a race.
    (Other people are motivating) This will help to keep you focused.

    2. Schedule. schedule. schedule.  If it’s not in writing, (okay-I mean text) it won’t happen. Stop procrastinating!

    3. Kick the junk food habit. You need energy. You will be useless with an unhealthy body!
