Wildheart Irish Cream
A delicious dairy-free version of home made irish cream.

- 400 ml (1 can ) full fat coconut milk
- 400 ml coconut milk - unsweetened (coconut dream)
- 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar (more if desired)
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp instant coffee or 1/2 cup espresso - chilled
- 1 cup rye whiskey
- pinch of nutmeg
- Blend ingredients until well mixed in vitamix or high powered blender. Pour into glass jars and refrigerate. Garnish with raw cocoa nibs. Enjoy!
