This delicious salad is quick and easy~ a great lunch when you have leftover meat in the fridge!
Left over meat (I used free range hamburger) – optional
1 Head Romaine Lettuce
1 Fresh English Cucumber, sliced
1 Avocado, sliced
1 Tbsp Ground Seed Mix (sunflower, flax, pumpkin)
A few crumbles of raw (unpasteurized) cheese
A few Kalamata Olives or another kind
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
A dash of mint sauce – I used store bought.
