2-3 ripe avocados
1 fresh ripe tomato, diced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or to taste)
cumin powder to taste
Directions: Mash avocado and spices together. Add crushed garlic, lime juice and jalapeno and mix well. Add diced tomato and mix lightly together and serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
Avocados make an excellent alternative to cheese!
