My Home Made Raw Almond Butter
2 cups soaked (12 hours) almonds
1/4-1/2 cup olive and sesame oil
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp natural sea salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
A few tbsps cinammon- to taste
1. Blend almonds, oils and sea salt in a vitamix or high speed food processor until desired consistency. Add more oil if needed. *Note- mixture should be thick.
2. Slowly add maple syrup and cinammon while pulsing.
3. Keeps for approximately 2 weeks in the refridgerator.
Enjoy with fresh sliced organic apples!!share
