Mango/Peach Salsa Breakfast Wrap

    A healthy morning breakfast wrap with live sprouts and good protein/fat/carbs for the day.

    It was so good, I forgot to take a photo before I ate it, this was all that was left Β πŸ˜‰

    Ingredients:
    1 small sprouted grain wrap
    2 eggs lightly scrambled in unrefined olive oil (low heat) Β or coconut oil (cooking type- no coconut flavor)
    1 tbsp mango peach salsa (costco) YUM!
    1 tbsp of fresh ground sesame seeds/flaxseed/pumpkin seed combo
    handful of fresh sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli etc.)
    Directions:
    Assemble wrap in any order and enjoy πŸ™‚
    *Seed combo: equal parts of fresh ground flaxseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds. Make a batch ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator for other meals.
