Pomapple Smoothie

I developed this little immune booster drink today for those that may feel a little under the weather or for those wanting to maintain their good health. It’s non-dairy and packed with goodness for the digestive system – because we all know that’s where it begins! Enjoy this delicious and festive smoothie every day until symptoms of illness subside 🙂

  1. 3 Apples, cored (I used 2 granny smith and one gala)
  2. 1 Pomegranate, seeded
  3. 1/2 fresh lemon, peeled
  4. A handful of walnuts (soaked)
  5. 1-2 tbsp fresh ground flaxseed (or whole if you have a good blender)
  6. 2-3 cups clean, pure water
  7. cayenne pepper to taste
  1. Add all above ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle drink with cayenne pepper. Enjoy!...
